Please excuse this - not meant in a rude manner as other people will have more experience than me. Just trying to share what I watched on mine being taken apart.
The tools you highlight are not what I would use having seen the dealers tools. They are exactly the pointy things that will rip the leather due to the pressure area compared to the force needed.
The items I watched in use were far wider to spread the load.
So looking in the Amazon pool I suspect it was the part in the top right corner with a thin cut made down from the top centre to let it straddle the pin.
