Richard Thornes who were then an MMC dealer serviced my +4. When I collected it they told me there was "something wrong with the wheels but they didn't know what".
Above about 45 mph the shimmy was horrible.
When I got it home & checked it the bolts that held the shims on the damper blades had not been tightened properly. I never went back to them.
Adjusted properly & lubricated (I used copper slip) they work really well.
