My repaired/galvanised bulkhead is starting to show signs of rot in the usual place near the driver's door upper hinge.
Nearly 30 years ago, I did a bulkhead swap on a SIII in 4 days (We got the Tuesday for Whitsun in those days). Not sure I could manage it so quickly now. Fortunately, a mate turned up at the crucial moment on the Sunday afternoon and helped with the lifting which meant that I was able to avoid scratching the paint on the new bulkhead.
