b,Sewerage disposal which should be the same volume as above
c,Surface water charge, based on a nominal area in M2
Like all stats providers mistakes are made, their 'puter systems have glitches & add in human numpty error, so it's well worth checking
Oh, and unless you've ten sprogs, look at having a meter on your water supply, as it also cuts your sewerage charge which most people don't realise
