I could be wrong here, but those Local lamps look suspiciously like Land Rover Defender rears, certainly the fog lamp. My TVR uses the a landrover indicator on the front that I think is a rear indicator on the defender. might be worth looking at specialist LR sites for the odd Lucas spare ?
They were used on many many British classics such as TR’s, Austin Healey etc etc. Maybe LR.
