There are a number of books, most rather technical (and expensive where available). I can't really suggest one over another.
Some info might be gleaned from: Radio Propagation Explained, Steve Nichols, G0KYA (presently on special offer from the RSGB bookshop). Mainly to do with radio propagation, but as that is affected by solar activity you'll get some information from it (Might even buy a copy myself Update - I'll let you know what I think when it arrives. ).
Otherwise a google search may turn up something. I'll be keeping an eye on 2nd hand bookshops/charity shops when they re-open.
