changing the tyres is not an option ,as they check the tyre spec and wheels with the conformity paper.
So i made a call to Gararge Albert the importer for morgan here in Belgium and confronted him with the problem
So he asked to bring the car to him in brussels and they did some maesurement and wrote me a certificate that says the car is conform
the specs and chassisnr and homologation nr and even says the riding hight is conform this homologation .
They did not mention a specific riding hight in the certificate .
So i went to the mot with this certificate and wonder over wonder the car passed
So probelm solved and thank you all for the reactions

Thanks for the info Tom. I have to go to the MOT this month with MattMog and next month with Twotone.
Never had a problem with ground clearance in over 25 years.
But in case of, I now know what to do.
