As always it comes down to personal taste. IMHO the darker upholstry goes with the lighter paint and the lighter upholstry with the darker paint. Given you have ordered a two tone car I would tend to concentrate on what goes best with the colour of the main body and not the mudguard (fender or wing depending on your language preferences) colour.

The thread Traditional Morgan Colour Samples [Photos] makes interesting and essential viewing, though perhaps more photos of the interiors of the cars would be good.
