I am only an interested layman. But I can imagine that it is not good if much less is flown because of Covid. Aircraft that stand around for a long time and fly only sometimes are certainly not as safe as aircraft that fly permanently. So I'm afraid there might be a lot of things going on in the beginning when all planes are reactivated.
