Hi Phil. The original Morgan mirrors have no adjuster for the friction position holder. I had one of mine replaced under warranty as the mirror head was moving under wind pressure, but after a few adjustments I think it will work loose again. All decent OEM motorcycle mirrors have adjusters to re-tension the friction position holding set-up. I'd replace them with motorcycle mirror stems and heads. This is the case with my KTM, Yamaha and Harley mirrors. never needed to tighten the Triumph mirrors, but assume they would be the same.
