I've only been once and it was like a tour of duty on the Russian Steppes. Freezing cold wind, muddy access roads and a totally miserable experience.
I know it improved after that, but being early in the year, the weather is dodgy and Donington isn't a great place to be in bad weather,
However the cafe & hospitality unit in the paddock is well worth a visit.
