I've not heard of a DIY but MMC remove the body to carry out chassis changes.. I believe it to be relatively straightforward as the body is mounted by a mixture of bolts to the chassis and rivets to the ash frame. You might glean some info from the Parts book available from the Morgan Three Wheeler Club website https://www.mtwc.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/M3W-Parts-Book-V5.2.compressed.pdf
