The two fast bikes Ive had have been a Gixxer and an R6, both stupidly fast ( for me ) but I think the Yammy DRZ 400 was the most fun as the power and style of the bike suited my skill level more than the road bikes I could crack on through the gears and not get out of my depth too much. The buzz for me wasn't ever about absolute top speed but how I got up to speed. I cant recall ever making a leisurely pace from the lights
