Hello everyone!

I have a strange situation here... As you may know, my new bevel box leaked too. Nothing terrible but the classic front O ring seal leakage.

I purchased a new Viton O-Ring seal as I did not want the dealer to change it by a Nitrile one, that we know tends to fail.

Morgan Motor Company, based on the pictures that their dealer here in Madrid emailed them, sent back instructions of how to replace the seal. Including cutting the propshaft safety arches.

Now that all the work is done, the Morgan Motor Company tells their dealer here to give them the reference of the piece they changed (the seal). But as there is no part number in the Morgan manuals, the dealer can't give them a part number. And MMC refuse to pay until the dealer gives them the part number of the seal. But they can't because this part number that doesn’t exist in their data base!

Crazy… MMC tells the dealer to replace a seal and sends him the instructions of how to do it, and later they say that because there is no part number for the seal alone so they don’t assume the costs of the job.

Seriously?
