Worth pointing out that above headlamps when fitted with LED "bulbs" are currently illegal on cars built after 1st April 1986. Although they mis-quote the cutoff date a statement
here from the suppliers.
Not wishing to appear as pedant, is it not the date of first registration which determines the construction and use regs that apply to a vehicle as opposed to when it was "built"...? I guess the confusion for Morganeers is that many of us will perhaps know the build date of our cars, which may well be somewhat different from the date it was first registered and which could make a difference as to which regs apply..?
