All of the advice re PSA tests and having prostrate checked is sound. I have about a 3 hour range but the Kitfox has over 5 hours so when I began undertaking longer cross country flights I consulted the local glider pilots who pointed me towards the right equipment. It's easily ordered online.

When I was doing a lot of diving I used a similar arrangement hooked up to an "outboard discharge valve" on the leg of my drysuit. Five hours or so in a drysuit tends to become five hours in a wetsuit otherwise!
I'm sure a line could be rigged through the underside of the car if anyone was keen enough. Might get some strange looks when hooking up the plumbing before driving off and also at the look of relief on your face at the traffic lights.
The side benefit of being able to warm your fingers during long decompression stops is probably inappropriate in a three wheeler.
