Regarding starter issue have you isolated possibility of the piggy back starter solenoid causing the problem, as this also activates pinion engagement?
Not sure what info you want but would imagine the relays are standard 30 amp 5 pin diode type albeit with centre 87a (n/c) contact unused in most cases.
