I might be barking up the wrong tree here but have you looked at all the installation and setup guide downloads on the Omex website.
When I swapped my 4/4 Zetec over to the OMEX 600, all the information including pins and wiring was on there.
The 3 relays I had were Ignition / Fuel injection, Fuel Pump and Engine Cooling Fan.
All the details are on the OMEX website.
You may have already seen all that of course.
