Well... I have seen cars in CH remaining for sale for 1 or 2 years. The most surprising part is that, even if unsold, the seller is usually keeping the price he decided on day 1.
On the few that I have been aware of over here I have noticed the same policy, that is not to say they eventually sold for that price of course.
