It’s like any work of art that is bought and hidden away by someone with enough money to do so. Private art collections effectively deprive others of viewing and appreciating it. Imagine the Mona Lisa being bought and kept in a private collection. Fair enough if it is on loan to a publicly accessible gallery.
But then, is that a trait of some who amass a fortune through their high ambitious and self centred ideals?
