quite easy: here you can download the M3W logo as AI-file (vector graphics): https://iconape.com/morgan-3-wheeler-logo-logo-icon-svg-png.html

The round plate is a 1,5 mm stainless steel material and the laser engraving is around 20,- € in a engraving shop (they can also delete the wings from the M3W logo in 2 minutes for you)...
