I would try a new ignition coil, cheap enough and known to break down at temperature as when you shut the car down the under bonnet temperature carries on increasing so restart becomes impossible.
An aerosol of
freeze spray can help a lot with diagnosing possible electrical component breakdowns such as coils or ignition amplifiers.
