Good news that the part number info was actually correct. I accept your judgement about the drums, I put the hub and drums together and there would be an awful lot of holes with redrilling. Now might be the time for me to get the Nissan drums machined.

The track? I know the wire wheeled Roadster is wider by about 100mm, I put that down to the wheels being seated further out from the drum face. I hope the change in track is small. For the handbrake I was planning on going the Roadster route with its full cable operation. I have the Roadster backing plates and all its brake bits. I prefer the cable set up for safety although it seems to be a bit fragile, and expensive. I was worried about the compensator for the rods and the tank proximity so I've already cut an inch out of the mount and rewelded it further from the tank, with no apparent ill effects from the slightly altered rod angles
