I'm quite lithe, but can see why some struggle to get out of the Elise.

I decided not to try getting in one, in case I got stuck!
The Evora, on the other hand, was a delight for ingress/egress. Not driven one though.
Much the same as an Elise with the same tactile steering but a bit more cumbersome thanks to the extra weight. I never found getting in and out of my Elise to be that much of an issue but SWMBO certainly did, the problem being she didnt have a steering wheel on her side to use for leverage. The McLaren has more than a bit of the same issue but then I believe that 7 out of the 8 m engineers working on the first MP4/12C were ex Lotus.
As a drivers car, my Elise was the best that I have had, and definitely better than the Ferraris. The only similarity to a trad is that both have 4 wheels.
