Yes they said themselves to me they must have got the price wrong and put it too cheap. They were inundated with people wanting to buy it.

It was sold with a warranty, as a dealer you cannot sell a used vehicle with no warranty. Only on a trade to trade sale to another car dealer can a vehicle be sold as seen, never to a private customer. As said above, you cannot under any terms / sale agreement put “sold as seen” no warranty and take away consumers rights.

Lots of these types of vehicles are sold on a sale or return basis, so the dealer do not own the stock (not sure if this was this case on this one), so it could be the owners / customers who dictate a low price to the dealer for a quick sale. Stock is difficult to find at the moment so dealers are just happy to get the vehicles in, advertised and sold for a commission fee. Instead of sitting on stock for months for the same commission fee.
