As registered/legit plate manufacturers need to see proof of ownership (V5 etc), it would appear they are able to do any type of 'show plates'.
Just seen if I can buy a set for my 2002 Corsa and could get all the way to the payment screen. Bit pricey at £65 for a pair though! Obviously didn't press pay as they would look gash on my Corsa.....
