Unlikely to be a problem in the main 20 way fuse box since there are seven individual fuses covering headlights, side lights and indicators, dip and main beam, o/s and n/s etc. The ground connections are also handed o/s and n/s, so equally unlikely to have failed simultaneously.
I would start by checking components common to all your failures, starting with the combined light/indicator switch. Typically it would be a green wire feeding power to this switch which you could check with a multimeter set to measure 12 volts DC. I believe there may be a fuse in a separate 8 way group of higher current fuses that protects this feed on 2006 on models.
