Bruce(Britmog), so is your 32 feet mark where you have the tape pictured? If so, it looks like you have a little more width as you follow around the drive. The only way I would get my M3W to turn in 32 feet is with a little speed and a bit of a drift.
Calum (RedThree), so at least my test was within MMC spec, and not all that conservative. I guess that is why these little cars are great for hill climbs, so so great on hairpin turn tracks!
The 32 feet is from one side to the other across the apex at the inner part of the U where the body of the tape measure is and the left wheel when turning right is on the white tape at the end of the tape measure. My +8 makes the turn with about 2 feet less each side but with the wheels at the same point in the apex of the U.
If I interpret turning circle correctly from the handbook the radius would be approximately 24 feet? All fascinating stuff
