Yes I noticed that. If someone is interested I would do a couple of things to validate it.
Send a question explaining you are nervous due to the zero feedback and ask for
1. Proof of existence by taking a photo of it with todays paper to show it is in their possession.
2. The invoice in the picture is made out to someone under the cover. Maybe check that with C.W. against the serial number to see if they are the first owner.
