I can't see if those are four or five point seat belts, but those also look legit. Although our current 3 point seat belts are far easier to ignore if you are simply tootling around the neighborhood.
They look like 4 point - from my experience, with the different height fixings for the shoulder straps, they'd probably be quite uncomfortable.
