When we visited UK in 2019 I asked my brother, who lives in Fulham, where to park so we could meet. We stayed in Kingston on Thames so as to be well away from the parking czars.
He suggested we meet at Kew Gardens, easy for him to get too by tube but the parking around there is atrocious. We were an hour and a half late for our meeting.
Never again!!
