That "way forward" forces a New York City model as being ideal. No way Jose', not going to happen... NYC is a perfect example of what NOT to be. Can you see one of those idealists living and working on a farm? No, not even commuting to a farm, an energy facility or a factory that actually produces something in the USA like steel? Where would they make commute vehicles, like trains and buses and ships?
