Hi, yes it did have the bolt upgrade done when I bought it, I presume I can just remove the cover and it will be obvious if the timing marks line up or not?
Yes, there is an alignment mark on the crank sprocket and engine and the 3 cams have 3/16 inch alignment holes in them, with corresponding holes on the engine.
