The alternative parts list is a vital source of helpful info....I suspect that part of the challenge is finding somebody with the will/resources to build/sell stocks of things like cam-belts etc that were perhaps specially made for S&S by Gates (similar issues apply to the sterering rack/bevel-box)

Fortunately the engine seems pretty robust with few reports of things uniquely designed and made by S&S breaking - it is not yet clear what has happened to the detailed design drawings/specs to allow manufacure of any broken bits as an alternative to scrapping an engine and looking for used replacement from the limited pool.

One could draw the impression that Morgan are quietly trying to wash their hands of the recently demised 3 wheeler and leaving owners/specialists to sort out keeping them going while also protecting "their IP" by blocking suppliers like Quaife from dealing with anyone but Morgan whose ability to provide spares for the M3W seems questionable.

Even if I was in the market for a new toy, my experience of Morgan aftermarket support and the limited dealer network (even in the UK) would make me think more than twice about the Plus Six/Four/Super Three
