KoH, Potassium Hydroxide, is commonly known as caustic potash. Not sure I would want to inject that into any engine I cared about.

Also, the math/chemistry behind this product is improbable enough to be called bogus given the small energy input (24-36watts). Separating hydrogen from water takes megajoules of energy per liter. KoH should be similar.

There's a reason this 'technology' is not in wide use.
