At the start of the pandemic I was looking to get a new 5.0 litre F-Type on a PCP for my daily drive. My plan was that it would probably be my last IC engined daily drive, so I would go out with a bit of noise. I ended up getting a year old DB11 for 1/2 the price of the F-type PCP. Jaguar were so far off the mark and Aston Martin were very sharp to the point that I am paying less now than I had on my previous C63 Cabriolet.
I suspect that says as much about the Aston as anything else. Their reputation for reliability is even worse than Range Rover.
I had no reliability problems with my F type but I did only keep it for a year because I did have a problem with the seats. It was a nice drive but with a ridiculous boot.
