https://shop.gperformance.eu/product/sparco-seat-slider/Depending on that, I would change the left and right consoles so that the lever would be on the outside. Then you could lower the pedals again so they would be almost at the original height... So order a console, have new sheet metal bent for the pedals and bend a new lever... The lever could go through in front of the tube frame so it doesn't interfere... Haven't been to the garage yet and looked at the footwell, just as a thought...
