Thanks to this thread I too have replaced my Lambda sensors (on my 2012 car) and having now been on a fairly long test drive, I am relieved to report that my intermittent (fluffy) misfire seems to have been cured. It was the type of misfire on low throttle opening/steady speed motoring with enthusiastic acceleration being absolutely fine.

My old sensors on the left and one of the new ones on the right. I can't spot any obvious problem with the old ones but I guess something was on the way out. As R1NGA says, £85 very well spent!
