Hi Paul,
Yes it looks like this much awaited trip will finally happen, on ly a few weeks to go !
With probably the biggest turn out of Morgan Three-Wheelers to a recent social meet there is going to be a packed week of driving/socialising.
With entrants arriving en masse on the Island, mostly on the same ferry crossing it will be a sight to behold as they convoy along Douglas seafront.
With plenty of time to settle into our hotel and meet and make new friends, we have enthusiasts from all over UK, EU, Australia and USA.
The action starts firmly on the Saturday morning with a mass drive out to the TT Grandstand. We have secured permission to open up the starting grid line for a mass photo shoot.
The grid will be headed up by the ex Tom Rhodes Racing Morgan, owned for over 60 years by Bill Wallbank who sadly is no longer with us. The Morgan is now used by his family and Simon will be the driver. He will be flanked by other similar era Morgans with almost 50 of the modern five speeders behind.
This promises to be a photo shoot to remember and we expect to have some super drone footage too.
There are planned activities each day and lots of spare time to enjoy this fantastic Island as you wish.
See everything from the ex Rhodes Morgan YY49 to one of the last P101,s in action during this week on the IOM.
