Well the real reason she is looking that way is because a third member of the training crew is hidden in the field she is looking towards to fire a single shot which he did 30 seconds later, with that my friend (holding camera) called the dogs to heel one at a time by name from the rear of the line up which they performed perfectly and there is an FB video of this and it is impressive.
He has massive patience and perseverance and these dogs are worth a lot of money which is not why he does it he just loves the challenge
