I left a pub yesterday evening in my 3.7. The exit was on a nasty, rough incline with an uneven surface. Pulling away I heard a horrendous scraping from underneath my car. The car drove fine and seems ok in its handling but immediately after the scrape there was a horrible noise from the underside and wheels which sounded like bits of dust swirling around in the wheels. This stopped after about a minute.
The car is in for its service next month so I will get this checked. Does anyone think this could be an issue or just a routine scrape the car can withstand?
