So will the owners be appropriately fined for creating all that pollutuion (whatever caused it) ?? Seems like way more than all the emissions from all the cars I've ever driven anywhere in the past 50+ years and am likely to for the rest of my life.
Of course they won’t be fined for air pollution, anymore than you would if your house burnt down. However their insurance will have to stump up for the salvage and pollution clean up cost. It’s likely that the gel coat on nearby boats would be damaged from the fumes and getting paid for that will be down to proving liability.
