Apologies for the thread-drift; I am interested in the "Ride-on" product and whether you have used any similar ones EG Bike-Seal or Goop? I've used both of these for many years in my cars and bikes although Bike-Seal just seems to be a much more expensive version of Goop. Keen to know if you have used others and found any differences that have swayed you to Ride-on?
I haven’t used any others. The reason I use Ride-on is that it doesn’t react with untreated aluminium. A lot of motorbike wheels inside are untreated and some products are less friendly!
The problem is Ride-on isn’t sold any more in UK. There was a distributor for a while. I have always got mine when in the US. They have different formulas for different applications. Truck/ bus, Car, motorbike etc.
It works in inner tubes too and it cleans out easily when changing tyres.
