Talk Morgan Forums Morgan Sports Cars Classic Morgans (pre-CX) 1985 4/4 - Which battery fits ?

1985 4/4 (CVH engine) needs a new battery.

Currently has a 038 model fitted but this seems to be a very tight fit.Tayna Batteries think it should be a 049H which is shorter but higher. This would make fitting the battery securing bracket impossible to fit.

Any ideas ?
