Only if you happen to be a member of a Yacht Club with an R at the front of the initials. And the trousers should be suitably faded - only Americans would wear them un-faded. And probabl;y with cowboy boots as well.

Mind you, what about the Morgan uniform? Sheepskin jacket, flat cap, beard and the men are even worse. rofl
