Mal, assuming the OE one is of the traditional brass / copper construction it can be repaired, just be wary of some of the modern OAT antifreezes as they can eat lead solder
What antifreeze would you recommend using then? I'm due a change so would prefer to use some that won't cause me problems down the line as mine is not one of the plastic ones.
