I'm partial to a bit of brass myself🙂 .... you have the later windscreen I think .... but when I was bashing about with the brackets of my old style one I was very pleased to find that under the dull silver paint, the body brackets were solid brass .... ran them past the polishing mop and they came up a treat .... the combination of brass and polished stainless is a particular favourite of mine so I'm more than happy with the unexpected outcome 😁

Your car looks great with the green paint and black wheels ... the centre nuts will set it all off nicely!
