If/when you find the standard tool tray under the carpet/board, check that (due to the poor design, or any maladjustment of your rear suspension) the underside isn't crashing onto the diff housing. And if/when you find the jack, ask yourself what you are going to do with it -- you can't just use it to jack-up one corner.

Well it’s no surprise to anyone else but that’s where I found the tools - jack and wheel brace. And yes, I can see where it’s been in contact with the top of the diff. Not as bad as the photos you share though. Now need to work out what to do about it
