For the Eagle eyed of you, if you look at the corner of this manifold gasket near to my fingers, you'll detect a bit of a chunk out of it. Until recently I've never had any MIL codes but have recently had some lean running ones for both banks of the V6. I've always had a slightly rough idle as well. Error codes aside, would this chunk out of the gasket cause a slightly rough idle but not cause sufficient enough of an issue to cause error codes?
