The only thing I find interesting about the promotion of EV is that the advent of 'package' motor/battery kits is allowing some interesting short-run 'alternative' micro-cars to pop up ... they'll no doubt be wildly varied in practicality and quality ... but it seems to me like the early motoring days when so many interesting vehicles came and went as everyone had a punt in an emerging new scene.
